What Penroo does not do
- No accounts, sign-up, or login.
- No server-side storage of the names or worksheets you create — everything is generated in your browser and never sent to us.
- No selling of personal data, and no advertising trackers.
What we do collect
If you use the contact form, we receive whatever you type there (your message, and your name or email only if you choose to include them) so we can reply. We do not use it for anything else.
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get used and how many people visit, so we know what to improve. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information like the pages you viewed, your approximate location (not your exact address), and your device/browser type — never the names or worksheets you type into the generator, which stay in your browser only. You can opt out with Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or see Google's privacy policy for how Google handles that data.
Like most websites, our host may also keep basic technical logs (such as IP address and page requested) for security and reliability.
Printed worksheets
Each worksheet includes a QR code and web address linking back to Penroo. Scanning it does not send us any information about the worksheet you printed.
